COMMUNICATION, THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS A BUSINESS
RELATIONSHIP

ILPEA's policy is "customer satisfaction". This is reflected at every stage, starting from the initial
contact with the customer and results in the following:

  • design in line with the customer's requirements (co-design);
  • quick and accurate development of the project from prototype to manufacture (time to market);
  • continuous technical and specific assistance;
  • manufacture of products by using inhouse compounded raw materials and tools of the
    Company's own design;
  • installation of manufacturing plants in the proximity of the customers, wherever they are located.

ILPEA provides assistance at all stages of the project, as well as after the supply of the final product
and places great importance on communication with the customer. In fact, the key factors of Ilpea's
ongoing success are "assistance" and "communication".
