In the future, considering the type of customers base, ILPEA will of course consolidate what is requested
today by the global market. That is to say:

• to continue setting up or acquiring companies wherever ILPEA' s customers are located in order
  to further reinforce the partnership;
• to pursue excellence in innovation with regards to the materials and the design of products, as
  well as the production processes; and
• as an absolute prerequisite of the above: to recruit and train talented, motivated and flexible human
  resources taking into account ILPEA' s international vocation and dimensions.
