0ne of ILPEA's strongest points is its ability to propose new solutions combined with rapid design and
development of the projects in accordance with customers' needs.

ILPEA's Technical Design Department is home to highly skilled and intuitive engineers and technicians.
They make use of state-of-the-art instruments and systems and develop the products in close strategic
collaboration with customers (co-design). By involving ILPEA's technical design team from the very
beginning of the project, the customer will be certain to achieve the best possible results.
The development of the projects and the machinery are brought about by means of computers and
specific software programmers (CAD/CAM).
This ensures that the machinery functions accurately and that the process is perfectly reproducible.

PLANNING AND METHODOLOGY

ILPEA makes use of computer controlled systems so that the manufacture of each single product can be
carried out with the greatest possible precision.

As a consequence, ILPEA is in a position to manage with great flexibility the production processes
for varying quantities of products while guaranteeing high quality. Extrusion, injection, compression and
slush moulding make up part of the technological know-how of the Company. The computer controlled plants
guarantee consistent quality of all products made of various materials, while meeting the objectives of the
customer and respecting severe quality control specifications.
